Return & Refund Policy

Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd gives utmost importance to quality control wherein our product(s) are inspected at multiple stages to ensure that you receive our products at its best quality. This policy is only applicable for product(s) purchased on Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd.

If there happens to be any discrepancy in products that you received and you would like to return the product and request for a refund, please contact us contact us at estore.cs@habibjewels.com or call to 03-42527777  for further instruction.

We would like to highlight that any return and refund for products are strictly subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or

b) if the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered

Only if either one of the reasons as per above is applicable, Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd may proceed to refund for your product. Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to refuse any request for refund. Any request for return and refund for products due to mere change of mind will not be entertained.  

How to request for a return and refund?

  • You are required to submit the return request form (The form is available on your profile after login) within 7 days from the date you received the product(s) or we reserve the right not to attend to your request.
  • Attach picture(s) of the defective, damage or wrong product(s)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action after submitted Return Request form. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us within 2 working days, please contact us eaither by email estore.cs@habibjewels.com or call to 03-42527777 for enquiries.

 

How to return the product(s)?

You will receive an acceptance letter from us upon approval of your return request. Please attach the acceptance letter in your return parcel & we will arrange our authorised logistic partner to collect the return product(s) from you. You may incur shipping charges subject to the reason for return.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 working days.

Should the return product(s) we receive not in its original condition or were damaged during shipping handling (where beyond our control, not due to logistic partner or our fault or negligence), you may be charged for the repair of the product(s) and we reserve the right to deduct the cost from your refund.
