E-Commerce Manager
Position Summary
Providing support for strategy development and sales performances. Primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the e-Commerce department of a company with a significant online presence. Handle decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising.
Areas of Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Strategy - Develop and implement the strategy in order to improve the performance of various e-stores in respective e-Commerce platforms.
- E-Commerce Sales Campaign Management - Develop and implement the strategy for all channel activities in relation to major and minor campaigns. Conduct a review and post-mortem on all campaign-related outcomes.
- Customer Experience Initiatives - Responsible for determining the format and features on e-Commerce channels with a focus on clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
- Stakeholder Management - Liaise directly with key peers/ head of departments (i.e. merchandising, marketing, supply chain) in advancing new initiatives to improve E-store performance and online presence.
- Stock Management - Oversee the end-to-end process of stock management and order management (from supply chain to customers).
- Data Analysis - Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales and conversion rate. Translate the data towards internal reports.
- Customer Service - Guide the team in managing e-Commerce customers with respect to sales conversion or dispute resolution.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of work experience in e-Commerce and/or any other relevant industry-related experience.
- Good command of verbal and written English languages.
