Delivery & Shipping Policy

For the time being, Habib Jewels is only doing deliveries within Malaysia.

  • Your order will arrive within1 to 3 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and 2 to 5 working days for delivery to East Malaysia, unless otherwise advised.
  • Shipping charges may apply subject to revision from time to time.
  • For shipping status, refer to your order details and courier tracking details we provide you.
  • Once the ordered product(s) are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.


*Do expect delays during campaigns, peak seasons or any events as per our announcement from time to time      

If Habib Jewels is not able to deliver your order within the period specified in your Order Confirmation email due to unavailability or delay in availability of your purchased product, we will contact you via the contact information you have provided us with and you may be given the option to cancel your purchase order and, should you choose to cancel your purchase order, Habib Jewels will provide you with a full refund within 30 days. Any claims notified to us after more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation email will not be entertained.

If the product(s) has been sent out to our third-party delivery service, it will be the responsibility of the delivery company to ensure the package is delivered to you. You will be able to track your package as per the tracking number you will provided with at the end of your transaction.

If you unreasonably defer delivery or delay the receipt of delivery after Habib Jewels / third-party delivery service has notified you that they have tried to deliver the ordered product(s), or if you have provided Habib Jewels with an incorrect delivery address which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the delivery package will be returned to Habib Jewels and we will not refund your money for the purchase. If you request for your purchased product(s) to be re-delivered, additional delivery charges will apply.

You must check for any lack of conformity in the product(s) at the time of delivery and, if any anomalies are found (e.g., opened package, damaged goods, etc.),or you have received products that do not correspond to the one(s) you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
