Terms & Conditions:

1. Participants are required to follow and like any HABIB’s social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & subscribe on YouTube channel.

2. The contest period is from 1st August – 3rd September 2023. The winner will be announced on 15th October 2023. The contest period may be subject to changes at HABIB’s discretion.

3. The winners will be selected from participants that meet the entry criteria.

4. The HABIB Unboxing Challenge contest is organised by HABIB Jewels Sdn Bhd (HABIB).

5. The contest is open to Malaysian citizens, aged 18 years and above at the time of the entry submission.

6. Employees of HABIB and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers and/or sisters) and anyone directly connected are not eligible to enter the contest.

7. All entries received after the contest period shall automatically be disqualified.

8. Winners shall be selected at random, either by hand or by other means and methods (which may be manual or computerised) as determined by HABIB in its sole and absolute discretion. Winners will be notified via HABIB Instagram & Facebook winner announcement post. HABIB has the right to revoke the prize given to the Winner in the event that there is any dispute/ discrepancy raised pertaining to the participant’s entry submission after the contest period.

9. HABIB reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms & Conditions from time to time without any prior notice and reason.

10. By participating in the contest, it is deemed that the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Contest and is subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry.

11. Categories of prizes, benefits and/or entitlements awarded to winners are not exchangeable for cash or any other goods and are non-transferable.

12. For prize redemption, winners may collect at their preferred HABIB showroom and/or at HABIB headquarters office. HABIB reserves the right to vary or substitute the prizes without any prior notice.
